Meditation and Breathing

When we hear someone says “just breath”, we are not understanding of the word. When the bible says that God made man and he breathe the breath of life in him, we know that without God’s breath we can’t survive. Now there are many types of pollutants in the air as well as the smoke we personally inhale if we smoke cigarettes, cigars of recreational stimulants. The focus is too breath pure air. Air is purified as it enters our body because our body dna is design to kill any bacteria or pollutants that enters our blood stream. Now the oxygen we inhale is shared with plants, animals, trees and any other life form that has the ability to breath. When we are conscious of our breathing I mind goes into a relaxed state. Now you can do this as you are driving, doing chores or just relaxing. This is how our body takes the oxygen that helps us to convert what we eat into energy as well as eliminate carbon dioxide. When we belly breath we expel the toxins from our lungs. The object here is for you too breathe. Now how does meditation play a part. When we conscious breath as we meditate with some of the frequencies mentioned on the frequency page, we actually purify our dna so our body starts to calm. This allows our body to heal as well as it allows us to go into a state of consciousness as mentioned above. Now the belly breathing is not new to the world. This type breathing has been practiced by eastern cultures for thousand of years. The word “energy” on this is a translation of the Eastern words Chi (from Chinese), Ki (Japanese) or Prana (Indian) but all translations derived from what we know as Christ.

Another example of a person whom the world call “superhuman” is Wim Hof. Wim has been able to submerge his body if below 0 freezing temperatures. As he explain the importance of breathing and meditation, he has  become an alchemist of his body to prove God’s given nature to control our own environment. Test has shown that when scientist injected his body alone with 12 students of he trained with a bacteria, they wasn’t affected by the bacteria but 12 other students whom hasn’t practice his method became ill for several days.

Meditation and Prayer is the best and only way to commune with God/Universe. Because we are spirit that is housed in a temporary body, we can truly enter in Gods kingdom of bliss that will give us an infinite peace and clarity to our life. I is a very good way to eliminate negative thoughts and fears that may be affecting your health as well as the rate your heart beats. Our heart should be to the rhythm of the universe which is 7.82-8hz, 432. The bible 2 corinthians 5:8 We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord. This scripture shows that as we commune with God in meditation or like I mention earlier, coma or death, we leave the body to be with God/Higher Source/Universe.
